These Terms of Use (the "ToU") govern the use of services provided by Liroad, a company based in Paris, France, specializing in recruitment, transcription, and meeting analysis. By accessing our services, users fully and unconditionally accept these ToU.
1. Description of the Service
Liroad offers transcription and meeting synthesis services, including interactions held in person, by phone, or through video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. These services allow users to capture exchanges in the form of recordings and automatically generate summaries or other actionable content, thereby simplifying administrative and follow-up tasks. Users and participants may be recorded during the use of Liroad's services. Each participant has the right to refuse recording. In case of refusal, the Liroad co-pilot will be excluded from the call, and no recording will take place. Users may also request the deletion of their data from Liroad’s systems.
2. GDPR Compliance and Data Management
Liroad is committed to protecting the personal data of users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The collected data includes personal information such as name, email address, or any other details necessary for account creation, as well as usage data related to interactions with the service. This data is used to provide and improve services and to comply with third-party policies, such as those of Google API. No personal data is shared without the explicit consent of the user, except in cases of legal obligation. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, or opposition by contacting Liroad at contact@liroad.com.
3. Access and Use of the Service
Access to Liroad’s services is reserved for authorized users within the scope of their professional activities. Each user agrees not to share their account with any third party and to use the service solely for its intended purpose. Any use contrary to these rules may result in the suspension or termination of access to the service.
4. Pricing and Billing
Liroad's services are offered under a fixed monthly subscription, with an additional variable charge based on the volume of operations performed each month. This pricing structure offers flexibility tailored to each client's needs. Payments are automatically processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the initial quote accepted by the client.
5. Contract Duration and Renewal
The duration of the contract is defined in the initial quote. The client commits to the duration of the initial engagement. The contract is automatically renewed for the same initial subscription period. 30 days before the end of each engagement period, the client may cancel the contract renewal.
6. Liability of Liroad
Liroad strives to provide a quality service and ensure continuous access to its features. However, Liroad’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of temporary interruptions, errors, or data loss related to the use of the service. In the case of indirect damages, such as loss of revenue or opportunities, Liroad disclaims all liability. Additionally, access to services may be suspended in cases of force majeure, meaning unforeseen events beyond Liroad’s control.
7. Modification of the ToU
Liroad reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to users via the application or by email. Continued use of the services after notification of the modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.8. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese ToU are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.
