How to integrate Zoom ?
No installation required.
You just need to add a new meeting with the Zoom link or to connect your Calendar to make sure Liroad has access to your Zoom meetings.
Remove Zoom integration
If your calendar is connected to Liroad, you can simply disconnect it.No additional steps are needed for removal.
Add Liroad to a Zoom meeting
1. Create your account
First, make sure you have created an account on https://app.liroad.com/. If you haven’t done so yet, sign up on our platform.
2. Navigate to the Home page
Once you’ve logged into your Liroad account, go to the Home page.
Click on "Record Meeting" on the Home page to start setting up your meeting.
3. Enter Meeting details
A modal window will appear.
- Copy paste your Zoom meeting URL
- Choose the type of meeting
- Enter the context of the meeting
- Select a destination project to save your meeting
- Choose a generation kit to generate automatically a set of documents after the meeting
4. Click "Invite now"
After clicking, Liroad will join the Zoom meeting within a few seconds.
5. Accept Liroad into the meeting
When all participants agree, click on “Accept” to allow Liroad to join the meeting.
The recording will begin.
